From our amazing staff to the smallest of details, Sunridge Gardens, one of two Bria seniors’ communities in Langley, has always been filled with love and thoughtfulness. This August, the Sunridge team reached a huge milestone. ”For the first time in five years,” says Shannon Saunders, Manager of Sunridge Gardens, “all 145 suites are rented, which brings us to 100% occupancy!”
The Wexford had a successful official Grand Opening with many distinguished guests, some of which were part of the creation and development of Bria's newest community, The Wexford. This month marks another momentous occasion - the first Wexford residents moved in on Monday, March 14th! In celebration of such an occasion, The Wexford had their very first Open House on Saturday, March 19. It was also the first time the new building was made open to the public as new residents are moving in.
A new boutique seniors’ independent living residence is opening in Tsawwassen.
Following on the success of The Waterford, Century Group will open The Wexford this February, which will be an integrated part of the larger mixed-use Northgate neighbourhood in Tsawwassen.
Three Langley seniors’ agencies joined forces, with the help of Vancity and TransLink, to create an affordable bus-sharing program for seniors. Magnolia Gardens, one of our Bria communities, helped found the bus co-op, which is believed to be the first of its kind in North America.
