David is part of the Senior Executive Team and oversees all projects under construction. He is responsible for every aspect of project analysis and planning, and leads the design team from application through entitlement, design, and construction. David provides support on real estate development projects at various stages and collaborates with stakeholders through the entire construction process.

David has supervised the construction of large properties all over North America and brings decades of experience in development, design, and construction, with a unique specialty in remote and severe weather construction for large mixed-use projects. In the company, he is an active member of the Project Management Steering Committee and the Accounting Framework Committee.

A formally-trained Master Woodworker, David enjoys crafting fine furniture in his spare time, and loves spending time with his family.
