Reporting to the Bria Communities General Managers and working closely with the Bria Marketing Partner, the Community Relations & Residency Coordinator will be responsible for marketing Sunridge Gardens & Magnolia Gardens to Langley and surrounding communities through a variety of promotional and professional activities focusing on the amenities and lifestyle opportunities we have to offer our potential residents.
Shift: Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends are required)
Your Must Haves & Who You Are!
Graduate of post-secondary marketing/hospitality/community or related programs; or equivalent combination of experience, education and knowledge.
Knowledge of, and experience in, the senior’s market, public health sector and private health sector.
Experience in event planning and developing and implementing marketing plans, public and community relations campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship building skills.
Superior oral, written and listening communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize workload, multitask and set priorities accordingly.
Experience with managing budgets.
An independent, capable leader who excels in a team environment and who is motivated and resourceful, always performing in a highly professional manner.
Strong proficiency computer skills including experience with Google Suites and database management. Experience with Yardi CRM and Senior Living software (preferred)
Ability to demonstrate initiative and solution-based problem solving skills.
Must be a person with a positive self-projection, excellent human relations with residents, families and other team members. A people-person with a heart for seniors and a friendly outgoing manner.
We need a high energy and upbeat personality who can be playful, patient and respectful all at the same time.
Personable and easily able to build relationships with clients, families, colleagues, business partners & members of the general public.
What You Will Do!
You will be responsible for responding to all inquiries, conducting tours, managing the move in and move out processes, producing quality indicator reports in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring prompt
You will connect with potential prospects while maintaining and updating a CRM and remaining connected with all leads and monitoring the community waitlist will be imperative.
You will work with the Director, Bria Communities, the Bria Marketing Partner and the Bria Site Managers to develop and implement marketing and sales plans. You will research, plan, budget and coordinate on-site marketing events to attract prospects and build relationships.
