The Ridge is Nanaimo’s most liveable new community, located in the upscale Hammond Bay area of North Nanaimo at the top of Glen Oaks Drive. The Phase 1 townhomes, One Oak, are now sold out, and construction on the Phase 2 townhomes is anticipated to begin in 2016. Phase 2 single-family lots are now for sale.
