Reese brings more than two decades of experience in construction and project management, with a portfolio that spans small residential builds to major developments valued at over $90 million. He has extensive experience with wood, concrete, and steel construction across commercial and multi-family projects, and is known for keeping complex workstreams organized, accountable, and moving forward.

In his role as Project Director at BlueCity Construction, Reese oversees the whole project cycle from early planning through to handover. He collaborates with the team to develop construction strategies, create detailed operational plans, and manage budgets. Throughout construction, he keeps a close eye on quality, schedule and cost, ensuring projects reach completion with the standards the company is known for.

In his spare time, Reese loves tending to his needy Doberman, snowboarding, boating and golfing.
