As General Manager for Coast Tsawwassen Inn, Emma leads a highly-collaborative, first-class team dedicated to delivering a quality guest experience. A Delta resident, and part of the hotel since 2001, Emma has hands-on skills and a lifetime of experience in the hospitality business.
Emma began her career at age 19 at Point Grey Golf and Country Club, a role that ingrained high-level customer service standards in her practice. Now, in public hospitality and hotels, she is keen to reinvigorate the hotel with a priority on brand standards, culture and values.
Her skills includes management of financial systems and accounting, service procedures, as well as event planning and food & beverage management. In her home life, she enjoys time with her gymnast daughter and family friends, as well as annual trips to Maui and Harrison Hot Springs.
