Philip provides oversight and management of restaurant operations for Tsawwassen’s Browns Socialhouse franchise. He ensures that brand standards meet franchise and ownership group requirements and makes certain that the team delivers the best possible customer-centred food and beverage experience.
Philip has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and has served with several major hotel and restaurant chains in the US and Canada. Philip is an avid foodie and a classically-trained culinary pastry chef under the Red Seal designation.
Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he loves to cycle, paddleboard, hike, and snowshoe.
