Rajeev is responsible for menu design, product innovation, and food quality for all kitchens within the hospitality division of Century Group. He manages cost control policies as well as the food and beverage procurement program for all businesses.
Rajeev is a certified Chef de Cuisine from the Canadian Culinary Federation. He has extensive experience in hotels and restaurants around the world alongside renowned international chefs, and has prepared meals for dignitaries such as Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, and Stephen Harper.
Rajeev enjoys time with his family, and travels the globe with them to experience different food and cultures. He also plays cricket with local Metro Vancouver Twenty20 devotees.
