Wayne leads the Quality Control and Customer Care team and serves as a Customer liaison for Century Group. He facilitates quality inspections and deficiency reviews and helps ensure the transition to the homeowner is a smooth one. He advises homeowners on proper service procedures and points of contact in addition to conducting walkthroughs.
Wayne has decades of experience in the construction industry. He served as Manager, Customer Care for Portrait Homes, and continued in the position following that company’s acquisition by Century Group in 2017. In 2014, Wayne was awarded the Avid Service Award for Best Customer Service Associate, an acknowledgement of his commitment to customer service that was based on feedback from customer surveys. He is also a Licensed Home Inspector.
Wayne enjoys boating and golf. He is also a keen musician, writing and recording his own music.
