Through Bria Communities, we provide seniors with living options that support independence, comfort, and connection. Each residence is designed to feel like a true community, with welcoming shared spaces, thoughtful programming, and day-to-day conveniences that make life easier and more enjoyable.
Bria operates four seniors living communities in British Columbia: Magnolia Gardens in Langley City, Sunridge Gardens in Langley Township, and The Waterford and The Wexford in Tsawwassen, South Delta. Across all four residences, there are more than 430 independent living suites, as well as two Care Centres offering a total of 76 suites.
