Our in-house Homeowner Care team guides homeowners through closing and provides a smooth, responsive handover aligned with Century Group’s standards. Beyond move-in, they coordinate details across internal teams and trusted trade partners to address all first-year warranty items. For added peace of mind, every new home is also covered by a 2-5-10 year new home warranty.
Everything you need to know about your new home, including routine maintenance, specifications, contacts, and procedures, can be found in your comprehensive homeowner manual, which is also available online in your Homeowner Portal.
