As the Director of Operations, Food & Beverage, Darren oversees various responsibilities within our expanding restaurant portfolio. He provides front and back-of-house oversight for three restaurants and four Bria Seniors Living Communities and spearheads the development of future dining establishments. Darren ensures excellence in food and beverage execution, service, product quality, purchasing, procurement, and kitchen health and safety compliance. In addition, he leads mentorship, training, and team building related to Food and Beverage operations.

Beyond work, you can find Darren coaching a men's soccer team and shuttling his young daughters to ballet, swimming lessons and soccer practices. Darren also loves to explore our city's latest restaurants and occasionally enjoys a game of squash.
