In her role, Joanne leads development projects from their initial conceptualization to the final stages, ensuring a successful handover. She also maintains strong connections with external partners to foster collaboration and shared success.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Joanne's interests take her to the pristine natural landscapes of beautiful British Columbia. She enjoys spending her free time exploring the local forests near her home and venturing to enchanting destinations stretching from Ucluelet to the Rockies.
