Since the beginning of her career in 2006, she has built a reputation for delivering design-forward communities that balance market strategy, urban design, and financial rigour.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holder of a Certificate in Urban Design from Simon Fraser University, Joanne brings a rare blend of technical skill and creative insight. She is known for her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring outcomes that are both strategic and rooted in community value.

As Vice President, Real Estate Development at Century Group, Joanne leads key initiatives across the company's mixed-use and residential portfolio. She plays a central role in aligning vision with execution, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders, municipal partners, and external consultants to realize transformative projects that add value to the way communities live and flourish.

Outside of work, Joanne often explores the forests and coastlines of British Columbia, from the trails near her home to the remote beauty of Ucluelet and the Rockies.
