Nathan is responsible for underwriting and financing of acquisitions and current development projects. He spearheads our project financing, manages the refinancing of existing mortgages, and provides input on real estate development business planning. Nathan has made substantial contributions that have greatly influenced our business and various projects, which he attributes to his strong work ethic, cultivation of meaningful relationships, and analytical mindset. Nathan is committed to creating housing and liveable communities for new and future residents.
