Tanya leads the strategic direction for Bria Communities, is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of Bria, and ensures brand standards and values are developed, implemented and maintained.

Tanya has decades of experience in  independent seniors’ living, assisted living and community care settings. She is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. Her passion is driven from the roots of serving others, and she values ongoing education, creativity and continual improvement.

Tanya is a member of many professional and industry organizations, including the BC Seniors Living Association, Canadian College of Health Leaders, College of Registered Nurses of BC, and BC Care Providers Association.

Tanya loves the outdoors, with a passion for travel. In her spare time, she enjoys doing various activities with her family and planning for her next travel destination.
