Now that construction on 3 Civic Plaza is well above ground, passersby will see how quickly the tower is taking shape. It’s a busy site these days, with two construction cranes constantly in motion, and a concrete placing boom working hard to place concrete as construction moves higher up the building.

The most complicated parts of the overall development are now complete, including most of the hotel amenity area to the third floor. Currently, the site crew is working on forming the first of five office floors, three of which will become Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s new Surrey City Centre professional development campus – KPU Civic Plaza.

The site crew is also busy forming the first floor of the hotel, which can be seen rapidly rising on the south end of the building site. Overall, construction on 3 Civic Plaza is progressing well and the tower will rise one floor per week in the months ahead. 

Since relocating our Presentation Centre to Century Group's head office on the 25th floor of Central City Tower, sales have been going very well. In fact, we have sold out of ten suite types! Allowing buyers to see a bird's eye view of the project has helped drive this momentum because they can not only see the progress of the project, but also experience the views they can expect as a resident at 3 Civic Plaza.
