Century Group is committed to creating communities and for that reason we work hard to support community organizations in the areas where we do business. With numerous developments planned for Surrey City Centre, including the soon to be landmark 3 Civic Plaza, the Surrey Urban Mission was an organization that we wanted to support. In the spirit of Halloween we decided to put together goodie bags of candy for children and to collect toiletry items for adults.

After a couple of weeks of collecting donations from staff along with a generous donation of items from the Coast Tsawwassen Inn, a few of our employees spent their lunch hour assembling 30 Halloween goodie bags and 30 toiletry bags for the Surrey Urban Mission to distribute! Thanks very much to the staff that helped assemble the bags and to everyone else who donated items. The amount of items we received far surpassed our expectation!
