As Vice President of Construction and a vital Senior Executive Team member, Freeman leads our Construction Team to succeed and uphold exceptional standards in every project.

With over three decades of experience in construction and real estate development, Freeman graduated from UBC with a degree in Applied Science. As a trained Civil Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia and Alberta, he brings knowledge to every endeavour.

Beginning his career as a Project Engineer in Toronto, Freeman has honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the intricate relationship between development planning and construction execution across residential, institutional, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

Freeman's commitment to collaboration and meticulous attention to detail ensure the success of each project undertaken by BlueCity Construction.

On the weekends, Freeman enjoys cooking gourmet family meals and spending time with his wife, three adult children and two rescue dogs.
