Bradley Semke began his real estate career over 30 years ago after earning a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics. Early in his career, he worked with an international real estate consulting firm that exposed him to multiple real estate projects and expanded his interest in urban planning, public engagement, and community building. In these areas, he has focused most of his career.

Over the last two decades, Bradley has been integral in entitling thousands of home sites. He is currently part of the Century Team as the Director, Civil & Agri-food Infrastructure. He has worked with local municipalities, farmers, and residents in this position to create stronger, more vibrant communities through public engagement, implementing New Urbanism design principles, and integrating food and farming into neighbourhoods.

Outside of his family, few things give Bradley more joy than participating in a community event that brings neighbours together to celebrate.
