Nathan brings 20 years of on-site and off-site construction experience to our BlueCity Team. He has managed projects ranging from tenant improvements to $35 million wood-frame multi-family projects and is responsible for overseeing project managers and project coordinators on a portfolio of projects.

As one of BlueCity Constructions' Project Directors, Nathan executes all project management-related functions on the Southlands project portfolio and Vancouver Island.

Nathan is also actively involved in process improvement-related initiatives within the organization. Our Pre-Construction/ Estimating and Project Management departments utilize this knowledge and broad professional experience to influence and achieve positive project outcomes.
