Southlands in Tsawwassen is a masterplanned beach community rooted in farming and food -- reestablishing the culture of agriculture in a new sense of place.

In 2018, Century Group completed the installation of necessary services, including sanitary, water and storm lines. In November, a public information meeting for the Four Winds Craft Brewery and Restaurant was attended by over 300 community members for a first look at detailed plans and images of the Market District and Four Winds building to gain a better understanding on how this building will anchor the Southlands Market District.
