A new boutique seniors’ independent living residence is opening in Tsawwassen.

Following on the success of The Waterford, Century Group will open The Wexford this February, which will be an integrated part of the larger mixed-use Northgate neighbourhood in Tsawwassen.

The Wexford is Century Group’s fourth Bria seniors’ residence, offering a boutique retirement living experience with 65 premium rental suites; about half the size of it’s sister residence, The Waterford. Contemporary, coastally-inspired interior design and thoughtfully curated lifestyle services geared towards active seniors round out some of the key features that residents will love about this new building. Rooftop gardens, an outdoor plaza, and underground parking will make it exceptional in Delta.

Construction on The Wexford is nearing completion and the first residents are expected to move in February 2016.

A presentation centre for The Wexford has been created inside The Waterford located at 1345 56 Street in Tsawwassen, and will be open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 12-4 pm, starting October 20, to accept reservations.
